I baked some Coconut Pineapple Bars today. They came out all right just not what I expected. After I mixed together all the ingredients and I went to get my 13x9 pan I remembered that I had used it to make something for a party and it hasn't been returned yet so I was forced to use my 11x7 pan. This threw the estimated baking time way off. It seemed like the edges were down almost 20 mins before the middle. They ended up tasting OK but I'm not sure I would make them again.
